coloringpage.me ("we," "our," or "us") operates a web service for creating coloring pages and books from photographs, drawings, and written descriptions using artificial intelligence. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with all applicable privacy laws.

If you choose Google Sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier and verified email address to sign you in or connect Google to your existing coloringpage.me account. We do not request access to your Gmail inbox and do not store Google OAuth tokens.

4. Information Sharing

We Share Information Only When:

Required by Law: To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests
Service Providers: With trusted third parties who help us operate our service: Stripe for payments; Cloudflare for hosting, image processing, storage, and transactional emails; and OpenAI for image generation. Descriptions and normalized reference images needed to create your coloring pages are sent to OpenAI's image API. We also access OpenAI models through Cloudflare AI Gateway for safety checks on descriptions and generated artwork and, when available, book-assistant features. We disable Gateway content logging and caching for safety checks. Provider retention policies may also apply.

Business Transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with user notification)

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

Limited data retention policies

Personal artwork is private to its owner. Organisation packs are initially available to their creator and organisation administrators; other members can access them only after deliberate sharing. Printing a page or scanning its branding QR code does not grant access to the private pack.

The organisation experience is for your team and does not require accounts for children. Start with themes and age ranges; do not enter children's names, photographs, personal records, or other identifying information in organisation packs. We do not offer accounts for children under 13.

6. Your Rights and Choices

7. Data Retention

General Policy

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.

Temporary image inputs: For new photo or drawing uploads, we store only a normalized processing copy. It becomes unavailable when processing finishes, fails, or is cancelled, and no later than two hours after acceptance. We schedule deletion immediately; unsuccessful storage deletions are retried and monitored until confirmed. An interrupted request may require you to upload the image again after this deadline.

Character references: Once a character sheet has been generated successfully, the uploaded reference is released for deletion. The generated character sheet and finished artwork can remain in your library for future pages, version restoration, and printing. These generated images may still resemble an uploaded subject.

Saved artwork: Generated pages, character sheets, pack instructions, and earlier generated versions remain available until you or an authorised administrator deletes them. Reprinting does not create a new source upload. Historical source uploads are removed through an audited cleanup process that protects saved artwork.

Our service is intended for individuals 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 13, we will delete that information promptly.

8. Eligibility

coloringpage.me is intended for individuals who are 13 years of age or older. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will take steps to delete the account and associated information.

9. International Users

We use the service providers described above to operate coloringpage.me. Your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

We comply with applicable international privacy laws, including GDPR where it applies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes:
